2020 SS&A Ovens and Murray Football Netball League Fixture
The 2020 fixture will commence with a season opening night game on Saturday 28th March with Albury Tigers hosting Wodonga Raiders.
The opening full round will be held Saturday 4th April with three day matches, one twilight and one night game scheduled.
Easter shapes as a bumper round for fans with a host of blockbuster games in Round 2. Wodonga Bulldogs will host their first night fixture at Martin Park on Good Friday as they host North Albury. Wangaratta Magpies also return to hosting a Good Friday contest as they host Albury Tigers at Norm Minns Oval. On the Saturday, Corowa Rutherglen host last years premiers in Lavington Panthers at John Foord Oval, with another two matches scheduled for Easter Sunday seeing Myrtleford Alpine Saints at home to Wangaratta Rovers and Yarrawonga hosting Wodonga Raiders at Lonsdale Oval, Mulwala.
The 2020 fixture features seven night games and a twilight game. Lavington and Wangaratta host two each, with Wodonga and Albury hosting their inaugural night games and Myrtleford to host its third night fixture. The twilight fixture will see Albury welcome Myrtleford to the Albury Sportsground in round 1.
Anzac Day features the traditional rival games between North Albury and Albury at Bunton Park, whilst Wodonga will host Wodonga Raiders at Martin Park. The round will also feature the 2019 Grand Final rematch between Wangaratta and Lavington, with the Magpies hosting the Panthers in a night match at Norm Minns Oval.
Queen’s Birthday weekend offers another blockbuster round with Myrtleford hosting Lavington, Wodonga playing Albury, Corowa Rutherglen taking on Wangaratta, Yarrawonga battling North Albury and Wangaratta Rovers facing Wodonga Raiders.
